AVATAR® PTFE vascular graft

PTFE Vascular Graft is a high-performance, customized, and reliable vascular graft, mainly used for arterial revascularization, segmental bypass, and arteriovenous vascular access.PTFE Vascular Grafts come in a variety of specifications and are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. This is a synthetic, biocompatible, microporous material with more than 30 years of clinical history as a long-term implant.

PTFE Vascular Grafts have solid external spiral support over their length (full spiral grafts), suitable for anti-torsional and anti-crush, and the spiral stents on these grafts are removable (can be peeled off) for suturing, whereas the spiral stents on the central and end spiral graft structures are permanent. It should be adjusted according to the size of the implant. Tapered and stepped tapered grafts provide the ability to limit blood flow into the graft, which can minimize the risk of steal syndrome and high cardiac output.
